Toferon sends appointment text messages, such as an “on my way” alert before a scheduled visit, on behalf of the businesses that use it. Messages go only to customers who opted in, either by ticking a separate, unchecked box on the business’s request form or by agreeing when they book, and every message names the business and Toferon. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. No marketing messages are sent.

Billing
